Designed to lock just about any type of door, barrel bolt locks are easy to fit and even easier to use. Simply pull the rod-shaped bolt across from one side of the door to the fitting on the other side of the door frame. Slide the bolt into the socket to securely lock the door.

A traditional style straight barrel bolt lock is suitable for use where the door frame or wall is flush to the face of the door itself. The barrel is pulled across and back again to lock and unlock the door.

We also stock a selection of necked barrel bolt locks. The design of this barrel bolt lock means that it needs to be twisted to be opened, rather than pulled like a straight barrel bolt lock. Most commonly used to lock garden sheds and cupboard doors, necked barrel bolts provide extra security, and they can be installed either vertically or horizontally.
