What Credit Accounts do you offer?

As a builders merchant and plumbers merchant, our credit accounts are 30 days end of month as standard, which offers ample room to have materials delivered, used and charge a customer for in good time to ensure your bill is settled on, or before, the due date.

Managing your account

As with cash customers, any customer with a trade 30-day credit account will have login access to our website to download invoices, statements and make payments. We also email out both invoices and statements and prefer the BACS payment method to clear account balances.

Credit limit

We can support application up to credit limits that Credit agencies such as CreditSafe, Experian and Euler Hermes recommend to us and take a view from their report. Positive trading history with us does go a long way and limits can be built up over the course of time.

30-day End of Month (EOM) Example

To illustrate a 30-day EOM account balance:

• Goods ordered on 9th September
• Delivered and invoiced 10th September
• Appears on Statement end of September
• Due for payment 30th October

In short, any goods invoiced for a due to be paid at the end of the following month.
