Use of Nationwide Supplies Builders Merchant Website
The Nationwide Supplies (formerly Nationwide Drainage Supplies) website is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By using the Nationwide Supplies Builders Merchant website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Our acceptance of an order takes place on despatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made although our online payment gateway service provider takes an instant payment before we have time to review the purchase.
If, by mistake, we have under priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the item at that price. If you decide not to order the item, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid for that item in accordance with our refund policy. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. All prices are expressed exclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.
Delivery
With the nature of our scope of products delivery charges can become complicated and will be calculated on the cart page. This is the most accurate way to find out charges based on your cart and delivery location.
Free next working day courier delivery (where applicable) applies to UK mainland only and is subject to stock. WE ARE NOW SHIPPING DAILY TO SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS. Orders under £150 ex. VAT subject to a £14.99 handling fee, and may be sent via Royal Mail. Orders must be placed before 2.30pm to qualify for same day despatch.
From time to time delays can happen and because of this we ask you not to book any tradesman in before you receive your goods and do not plan your day around the delivery of your goods. We try to avoid this as much as possible but do not want anyone to waste time or money if an issue has arisen to delay delivery of goods to site.
All items must be checked for damages and signed for accordingly with our couriers or our own drivers at time of delivery. Nationwide Supplies must also be notified at time of delivery if there is any problems. If items have been signed for as 'Good Condition' upon delivery, than we cannot accept any claims for damages. Please note our default delivery is kerbside and if you wish our drivers to enter your property, you do so at your own risk and we will not be liable for any damages that may occur because of this.
Product allowances and Tolerances
Due to the nature of some of the products we sell, manufacturers recommend as general practice to allow for defects or damages and wastage when costing a job within calculations. For example, brick and blocks should have an allowance of 5-10% made when calculating. Timber finish dimensions have a tolerance of +/- 5mm from nominal size. Aggregates are weighed on a "dry" basis where possible.
Payment Fees
Credit card orders may be subject to a 2% surcharge. This is an unavoidable cost that Nationwide Supplies has to pass on to the consumer in order to cover the charges made by our payment processing company. Debit card payments do not incur any additional fees.
Returns and Cancelled Orders
Returns and cancelled orders within 14 days may be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge and any other carriage/collection charges that may be incurred. Returns of special order items are not possible and will be subject to manufacturers stance on this. This is at Nationwide Supplies disgretion and if applicable will provide full details and warning before confirming any returns or cancelled orders. Goods not in a resealable condition, damaged or not in original packaging will he refused. We do not offer a collection facility so please make arrangements for return. Please contact us for a list of items which are not available for return under any circumstance which include products with an expiry date, powdered products, timber, open aggregates, soils and other items such as plasterboard and gypsum which need specific storage conditions. Returns outside the 14-day period will not be accepted.
Governing Law
We are based in, and supply UK only; The contract, including these conditions, shall be governed by and constructed in accordance to UK English law.
