Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@nsupplies.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to, or brought back to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns may be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge and any other carriage/collection charges that may be incurred. Returns of special order items are not possible and will be subject to manufacturers stance on this. This is at Nationwide Supplies disgretion and if applicable will provide full details and warning before confirming any returns or cancelled orders. Goods not in a resealable condition, damaged or not in original packaging will he refused.

We do not offer a collection facility so please make arrangements for return. Please contact us for a list of items which are not available for return under any circumstance which include products with an expiry date, powdered products, timber, open aggregates and other items such as plasterboard and gypsum which need specific storage conditions. Returns outside the 14-day period will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods or custom products (such as special orders). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (please allow up to 30 days for credit cards to show this)
